Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Malaga Insiders (the “Site”), operated by Content Angels Agency SL, NIF ESB75910182, Calle Sonsoles 16, 29631 Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Malaga Insiders is an independent supporters’ project: an editorial magazine and a members’ clubhouse for Málaga CF fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Málaga CF, LaLiga or any club shown. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

Some areas require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to data processing under applicable law.

3. Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. This applies everywhere members can post: comments, the forum, chat, La Peña and profiles.

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech or slurs, sexual content, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not disrupt the Site, attempt to breach security, or misuse other members’ data.
• An automatic filter blocks messages containing slurs and other abusive language before they are posted.
• You can report any message or member with Report, and block a member with Block so you no longer see what they post. Blocked members are listed in your settings, where you can unblock them.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and warn, time out or permanently remove the members who post it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (comments, photos, profile content). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the community. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Insider membership

The Insider membership gives you access to the members’ clubhouse (La Peña and its poker room, the forum, polls, meetups, away days, behind-the-scenes events and the members’ directory) and to every Insider article in full, for €3.95 per month or €39.50 per year, including any VAT that applies. If we change the price, we tell existing Insiders at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

The Insider membership gives you access to the members’ clubhouse (La Peña, the forum, polls, meetups, away days, behind-the-scenes events and the members’ directory) and to every Insider article in full.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile (Manage membership opens our payment provider’s customer portal). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or where we end the service.

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you may withdraw from a new membership within 14 days of starting it. Email us and we will refund your payment; where the law allows, we may deduct an amount proportional to the days you already had access.

Memberships bought in the iOS app are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Apple’s standard licence agreement applies to the app.

The clubhouse requires an Insider membership for every account, including accounts created before the membership existed; staff accounts keep access. Your account, your profile and everything outside the clubhouse remain free.

Payments on the website are processed by Stripe, and in the iOS app by Apple. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your membership ends and access to the clubhouse stops. If we close your account for a serious breach of these Terms, we refund any unused part of a period you have paid for, unless the law allows otherwise.

6. Earlier support payments

We no longer accept one-off support payments. Support payments made before 20 October 2026 were voluntary payments to Content Angels Agency SL towards the running of Malaga Insiders; they were not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. A payment made by mistake can still be refunded: email us within 14 days of the payment.

7. Club Partners

A Club Partner package gives a business a listing on the Site (logo and link in the homepage partner strip, in the footer and on our partners page) for twelve months, renewing yearly until cancelled. Partners can cancel the renewal at any time; the listing stays live until the end of the paid year.

We only publish partner content that fits our community. We may decline or remove a listing that is misleading, offensive or unlawful, or that would harm the reputation of the Site; if we remove a listing for that reason, we refund the unused part of the year. Packages are sold to businesses, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Intellectual property & club imagery

The Site’s design and original content belong to Content Angels Agency SL. Club crests, names and related marks are the property of their respective clubs and are shown using publicly available imagery solely to identify the teams concerned. Market values are cited from Transfermarkt; news headlines link to and credit their original publishers.

9. Third-party content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, official club social posts, external news). We are not responsible for third-party content or their terms and privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
