These Terms govern your use of Malaga Insiders (the “Site”), operated by Content Angels Agency SL, NIF ESB75910182, Calle Sonsoles 16, 29631 Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Malaga Insiders is an independent supporters’ project: an editorial magazine and a members’ clubhouse for Málaga CF fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Málaga CF, LaLiga or any club shown. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

Some areas require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to data processing under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

Be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, spam or unlawful content.
Do not disrupt the Site, attempt to breach security, or misuse other members’ data.
Moderators may edit or remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (comments, photos, profile content). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the community. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Intellectual property & club imagery

The Site’s design and original content belong to Content Angels Agency SL. Club crests, names and related marks are the property of their respective clubs and are shown using publicly available imagery solely to identify the teams concerned. Market values are cited from Transfermarkt; news headlines link to and credit their original publishers.

6. Third-party content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, official club social posts, external news). We are not responsible for third-party content or their terms and privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
